Kimberly is the founder and CEO of The GOLD Beacon, PLLC, a small business whose mission is to exponentially drive social change by developing the capacity and solving challenges of agencies nationwide. After serving 10 years in the U.S. In The Navy and 2 years in federal employment, she combined her passion for exponentially helping populations with her project management skills and founded The GOLD Beacon.  "GOLD" stands for Grant Management, Organization, Learning, and Development - key elements in capacity building and agency development. 

Agencies seek out her expertise in nonprofit development and workplace culture best practices to improve their team cohesion, productivity, and inclusion practices.  She has trained numerous agencies and teams on implementing DEIA best practices.
